The customer has a CRM landscape with >12 different CRMs. Data is siloed, a client relationship manager has no complete client view leading to partial and inconsequential client interactions and missed upsell opportunities.
Squirro is deployed as a user-context driven cognitive search solution. It aggregates each CRM’s data, such as call notes, activity history, attachments, etc., enriches the data to generate a single client record, and renders the results in a series of interactive dashboards. The dashboards are seamlessly integrated through iFrames into the target CRMs.
Each relationship manager gets an automatically generated full client exposure view and a Google like internal information discovery. Additionally, the system triggers recommendations on upsell and cross sell opportunities.
