Leon Saunders Calvert runs the Capital Markets & Advisory business at Thomson Reuters where we service M&A and capital raising professionals with data, news, insights and workflow tools to allow them to provide expert advice and deal execution for companies and government institutions.
He joined Thomson Reuters in 2007 and has held various roles, primarily in commercial management, as the EMEA Head of Banking & Research, and in content strategy, as the Global Head of the Deals, League Tables and Private Equity franchises.
Prior to joining Squirro, Michael was the Senior Vice President CEC, Middle & Eastern Europe, for SAP Hybris CEC (Customer Engagement & Commerce). Michael spent 12 years at Hybris, and in his last role with them, he was responsible for a team of 80 who generated revenues in excess of €100M. Michael\’s early career was spent in various technical, account management and business development roles with companies such as Verity Germany GmbH, Categoric Software Ltd, Softline AG and at MobiDig (mobile & digital) GmbH.
