Sales Executive

We’re looking for a fearless, self-motivated, and proactive individual to join our growing North American team and drive new business.

Role and Responsibility Description
The purpose of this position is to extend our market coverage by turning leads into qualified sales opportunities and generating new pipeline:

  • Acquire a basic knowledge of our technology, solutions, products
  • Qualify and generate leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, event coverage) and develop/maintain your pipeline as agreed with management
  • Drive the initial sales cycle to attain new business: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualifying, leverage available resources, and transition leads turned into qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate account
  • Develop and call on campaigns that are tied to support pipeline
  • The Sales Executive may support several sales team members located throughout the territory. They will be active participants in territory, pipeline and account planning
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to generate
  • Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities com correctly, work together with manager/expert as necessary
  • Results measured by number of qualified sales opportunities transferred to the sales organization and accuracy maintaining the related CRM

The ideal candidates will possess the following experience, knowledge, skills or abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-2 years institutional financial services experience
  • Business development or sales experience preferred
  • Any type of outbound calling, demand generation or insides sales experience
  • Professional verbal and excellent written communication
  • Excellent probing and listening
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills including good time management
  • Any experience with database software, or specifically search, AI, or BI is a big plus!
