With a career in financial services technology across FactSet, IEX, Duco and Knoema, and advising early stage tech companies, he looks to drive the vision and strategy to drive results for enterprise customers with AI. At Squirro, he is focused on corporate development and building scalable solutions to create ecosystems for user communities. David is part of the CEO Office of Squirro and is based in the US.

David is the Executive Vice President Semantic Graph Technology at Squirro. He was co-founder of Synaptica, now a Squirro Company, where we are integrating Synaptica’s robust semantic graph technology with Squirro’s advanced generative AI capabilities, creating a powerful platform for knowledge discovery, conversational search, and business process automation. David has served on the authoring committee of the 2005 version of the US national standard for controlled vocabularies, ANSI/NISO Z39.19. In 2016 Clarke was awarded the Knowledge Management Leadership Award by the Global Knowledge Management Congress. David is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, London, and a Leadership Fellow of St George’s House, Windsor Castle.

Joe is an expert in implementing enterprise-scale content, search, and data analytics solutions, consulting on these areas with organizations around the world. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on topics including enterprise search, enterprise content management, agile development, and knowledge graphs.
