Product
SquirroGPT is the first enterprise-ready generative AI application. It allows employees within an organization to upload their data and create a self-contained chat-enabled app, fully compliant with data security and privacy requirements.
- Free trial. Start using SquirroGPT on the go and at no cost, with the following features:
- Manual data upload
- Up to 10 users
- Up to 100 queries per user
- 14 days of duration
- Professional. Expand the number of users and data sources with the following features:
- Automated data upload using an array of data connectors
- From 10 to 50 users
- Up to 1,000 queries per user per month
- Enterprise:
- Access to the full spectrum of Squirro’s offering
- Unlimited users
- Unlimited data connectors
- Unlimited queries
Subscription Changes
You can anytime cancel or upgrade your subscription using this form.
You can cancel your subscription to SquirroGPT anytime within 14 days after the start (initial term). To cancel your professional subscription, please submit the subscription change request form or send an email to gpt@squirro.com with a 30-day written notice before the end of the renewal period (monthly).
Upon cancelation, your instance and data are kept for 30 days to allow you to resume your subscription again at any time. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted.

Pricing, Billing and Payment Terms

Both Professional and Enterprise versions have a monthly subscription fee.
You can pay your SquirroGPT subscription via credit card within five working days upon receiving our invoice.
Data Upload
Uploading your data to SquirroGPT is very easy. You can either manually upload your documents (zip or pdf, available in all versions) or use one of the Squirro connectors to automate the data upload (available in Professional and Enterprise versions).
You can upload the most common document formats, including Microsoft Office and OpenOffice file types, such as .pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, and .pptx.
Data Privacy and Security
Squirro is ISO 27001-certified and GDPR-compliant. Squirro guarantees security best practices in handling customer data transfer and storage from client systems to Squirro Cloud. A third-party (Cobalt) audits these best practices regularly with penetration testing.

As an ISO 27001-certified company, Squirro has controlled processes to ensure that any Squirro employee needs the Chief Information Security Officer’s approval before accessing Squirro’s services when, for instance, debugging. In addition, Squirro does not use any customer data for any analytics purposes without explicit permission or a request from the customer.
Data Storage
- Public cloud: available in all versions (free trial, Professional and Enterprise versions)
- Private cloud: available in both Professional and Enterprise versions
SquirroGPT is currently available across all regions of Hetzner Cloud. If you are interested in hosting your application on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or any other cloud vendor, please contact us (gpt@squirro.com).
Our current cloud provider (Hetzner Cloud) offers Germany as the default location.
Large Language Models (LLMs)
SquirroGPT allows you to use the models of your choice, as it is LLM-agnostic. Currently, SquirroGPT uses the original OpenAI endpoint via its API with the same model as ChatGPT (GPT 3.5 Turbo).
As an OpenAI API user, SquirroGPT offers the highest security standard concerning LLMs, as we are compliant with OpenAI’s data usage policies:
- No data is used for training purposes by OpenAI
- Data is retained by OpenAI for at most 30 days for abuse or misuse monitoring purposes
Entitlement HAndling
- Access control list (ACL) services are embedded in the enterprise platform and can be implemented on a connector basis.
- We ensure that the answers provided by SquirroGPT are fully compliant with the access rights of each user.
