Squirro Gmail Connector
What is a 1-Click Connector?
1-click connectors allow you to connect through an industry-standard OAuth2 setup for authorization, thereby allowing Squirro to index data without ever storing your confidential Gmail access credentials in Squirro.
Why Connect Your Data Source to Squirro?
Squirro is a self-learning system keeping you in the know and recommending what’s next. For Squirro to deliver Insights based on your data, you want to expose selected data sets to Squirro’s Insights Engine.
Squirro Insights Engine augments search technology with Artificial Intelligence to deliver insights. It gathers data from all internal, external and premium data sources, understands that data by applying AI and ML models and empowers the user with recommendations and next best actions, delivered at the timely business moment through a user-friendly and intuitive dashboard.
How Does the 1-Click Connector work?
The 1-Click Connector facilitates the process of connecting to your data source. As part of the Data Loader Process, you will be able to select what part of the data stored in Gmail will be imported to Squirro.
Once your data is loaded and processed by Squirro’s Insights Engine you will be able to access it through any of our Apps or build a Cognitive App yourself.
While you use the Squirro Gmail Connector, Squirro will continuously poll for updates and fetch these updates. You may modify this while setting the data loader.
Should you no longer wish to make use of the Squirro Gmail Connector, you may delete your data at any moment. See here for support. At any moment you may also revoke OAuth access within Gmail.
