How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

To change your subscription level, simply complete the subscription change request form, which can be found at the following link: Change Your Squirro App Subscription.

What are the setup fees?

For the Web and Enterprise Data versions, there are no setup fees involved. However, please note that the SquirroGPT Enterprise Search solution does require a one-time fee, as shown in the table above.

Is customer support included in the subscription fee?

All versions include Standard Support and Remote Help Desk services. If you require faster response times and additional benefits, our Gold Support option is available for an extra charge. For more information on our support levels, please refer to the following link: Support Policy.

How and when do I pay for my subscription?

Once you receive our invoice, you will have a five-business-day window to complete your subscription payment via a credit card.

Do I need to provide my credit card details to start my free trial?

No, you don’t! You can start your free trial without submitting any payment-related information.

How many days can I use the free trial?

You can enjoy a 14-day free trial of SquirroGPT.

What happens after my free trial expiration?

Three business days before your free trial expires, you will receive an email notification. Once the trial period ends, you will not be obligated to continue to use Squirro if you find it doesn’t suit your needs.

How do I upgrade during my free trial?

To upgrade to SquirroGPT Web or SquirroGPT data, please use the subscription change form. To upgrade to SquirroGPT Enterprise Search or other enterprise Insights Solutions, please contact us.

How do I cancel my free trial?

To cancel your free trial, simply fill out the subscription change request form.

When and how can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your SquirroGPT Web or SquirroGPT Data subscription, please submit the subscription change request form within a written notice period of 30 days prior to the end of each monthly renewal period.

Will my data be deleted once my free trial or my subscription is canceled?

Once your free trial is canceled or expired, your instance and data will be kept for 30 days, giving you the option to resume your subscription anytime. After the 30-day period, all data will be permanently deleted.
