Andrei Borsaru is a Solutions Business Director for Refinitiv, based in Singapore. Andrei covers technology-led initiatives within two of the Refinitiv global strategic accounts, headquartered in Singapore.
Andrei has long-standing experience in Refinitiv (previously Thomson Reuters) and the financial services industry and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.
General Manager Asia & Head of Product
Moritz worked on numerous data analytics projects all around the globe and experienced how data analytics, data processing, and machine learning techniques can be used to solve business problems with various Financial Services companies. Moritz joined Squirro as a product manager to directly shape the data analytics product. In 2020, Moritz came to Singapore to open up an office for Squirro and build a beachhead for bringing Squirro’s data analytics solution to the APAC region.
Managing Consultant
Marc has 6+ years of investment banking and financial services experience leading global Digital & Data Transformation initiatives. He specializes in end-to-end product management and has performed multiple PO/PM/BA roles managing delivery teams of 20+. He has a senior role in Synechron’s Digital vertical and leads the Digital Solutions and Strategy practice for APAC. He is also part of Synechron’s internal innovation team that works on developing accelerator concepts by applying emerging technologies to optimize and enhance our client’s capabilities & service offerings.
Key Account Executive
As the Key Account Executive of Squirro in Singapore, Vanessa helps companies in APAC (e.g. Standard Chartered Bank) discover otherwise missed opportunities in unstructured data, improve productivity, and eventually beat their competition.
Vanessa also always has an open ear for golf tips, as she works on lowering her handicap.

Wea Meng Chang is a seasoned banking professional, with more than 20 years of experience spent in global banking. He has led global teams in Finance, Risk, and Technology and Operations, mainly in strategic change initiatives. Wea Meng is part of SC Ventures and was part of the team that made this project possible.

Koustuv Banerjee is part of the Digital Channel and Data Analytics group leading Data Science initiatives for Corporate and Institutional Banking domain in Standard Chartered Bank. He has been in the banking industry for over 2 decades primarily in the Data Science and Business Analytics domain covering Consumer Banking, Small and Medium Enterprises and now Corporate and Institutional Banking and during his career has worked across 4 markets. He is passionate about delivering value by monetizing data and constantly striving to innovate in his domain.
