We slice the challenge into 3 steps: The first one is the context. An example is an employee who has contact with a customer. In this case: the relationship with this client is the context. The second one is getting access to and understanding of the data. This data is often available in lots of different structures and databases – internal and external – and with a variety of definitions. The third one is to offer a coherent in-context user experience.
